Scripture: We believe the Scriptures, comprised of both Old and New Testaments, are verbally
inspired by God and without error in the original writings, and are completely authoritative.
God: We believe in one God, creator of all things, who eternally exists in Three Persons: Father, Son, and Holy
Spirit.
Man: We believe man was
created in the image of God, that through disobedience sinned and fell, and that the entire human race shared in that sin
and is depraved by nature and lost.
Satan: We believe Satan is a fallen
creature who, by the permission of God, holds a position of great influence and power in human affairs, and whose end is everlasting
punishment.
Jesus Christ: We believe in the Lord Jesus Christ, in His
true deity and humanity, in His virgin birth, in His sinless life, in His miracles, in His substitutionary and atoning death
on the cross, in His bodily resurrection, in His ascension to the right hand of the Father, in His priestly intercession for
believers, and in His imminent, personal return in power and glory.
Salvation: We
believe salvation is a gift of God brought to man by grace, that it is received by personal faith in the Person and work of
the Lord Jesus Christ; that this faith is demonstrated by the believer in Christ-like living and works pleasing to God.
Holy Spirit: We believe the Holy Spirit is a Person, that He regenerates,
indwells, energizes, and empowers for godly living and for spiritual service; that the Holy Spirit indwells the believer from
the moment of faith in Christ, and that the believer is commanded to be filled with the Spirit.
The
Church: We believe the Church is the body of Christ of which He is the head, comprised of all those who
through belief in Christ have been spiritually regenerated by the Holy Spirit; its mission is to go into all the world and
make disciples through evangelism and teaching the commands of Christ.
Eternal Destiny: We believe in the resurrection of the dead: the believer to everlasting blessing and joy with the Lord,
the unbeliever to everlasting judgement.
